Love & Connect

March 2020

While Valentine’s Day may be long gone, our focus on love, whether self-love or love for others, shouldn’t be. When we put our full attention on others it makes us feel better, too. Simply spending time with others you care about boosts your immune system; in contrast to feeling lonely or disconnected, which has been shown to lower your immune system according to a 2007 study. So, why not consciously consider love as part of your wellness routine? Call an old friend. Invite the family over. Spread the love!
